Eastern State Penitentiary opened in 1829 as part of a controversial movement to change the behavior of inmates through "confinement in solitude with labor." Some of America's most notorious criminals were held in the Penitentiary's vaulted, sky-lit cells, including bank robber Willie Sutton and Al Capone. After 142 years of consecutive use, Eastern State Penitentiary was completely abandoned in 1971, and now stands, a lost world of crumbling cell blocks and empty guard towers. The prison hosts one of America's largest and most acclaimed Halloween events each fall, Terror
Behind the Walls.

Bell-Shaped UFO Photographed Over Channelview, TX-05-10-07
I took this picture at 6:13 AM on 5/10/2007 in Channelview, Texas on the San Jacinto River. Did not see the object in the upper lefthand corner with the naked eye, only after downloading onto my computer did I notice the strange object.
My son-in-law suggested it may be a weather balloon. Checked with local weather man and he replied that there were no weather balloons in the area at this time of day. Zoom in on it and it looks like a bell. What is your take? Whatever, it is still a beautiful photo of a sunrise.
Thanks for taking the time to look at it!

UFO Summit to Feature 'Hard Evidence'
CHARLESTON, W.Va., May 30 (UPI) -- Organizers of a UFO summit in Charleston, W.Va., say the event includes a series of high profile speakers sure to win over even the staunchest skeptics.
The Sept. 7-8 event, advertised as the "Flatwoods Monster 55th Anniversary and A Flying Saucer Extravaganza," is headlined by author-illustrator Frank Feschino, creator of "The Braxton County Monster: The Cover-Up of The Flatwoods Monster," and "Shoot Them Down," a book that claims U.S. aircraft engaged alien ships in combat in 1952, the Beckley (W.Va.) Register-Herald reported Wednesday.
The event also features appearances by UFO investigator and nuclear physicist Staton Friedman, who has long claimed a cover up in the infamous incident in Roswell, N.M., in 1947, which many UFO enthusiasts claim was an alien spaceship crash.
"I believe if you come to this show you'll see some hard evidence," said promoter Larry Bailey. "You're going to see some hard evidence. That's a promise. That's not just promotional talk."
Bailey said a large turnout is expected for the event.
"We're getting a lot of response from out of state," he said. "The Midwest. Up in New England. It's really being pushed."

Man Gained Fame Tracking Bigfoot
LIGONIER, Pa — Except for a chance encounter one night with a tall, dark stranger, 85-year-old Sam Sherry’s name might not now appear on the Internet, in yellowed magazine and newspaper clippings – and in a smattering of books about strange phenomenon.
There was little remarkable about Sherry before that night.
He grew up in the small Ligonier Valley town of Wilpen and became a steelworker. He was drafted, fought the Japanese from island to island during World War II, then spent more than two years in hospitals from war wounds.
He returned home and married a local girl, the former Naomi Swank. The couple eventually moved into the same house where Sam had been born. They raised two children – a son who is a Chicago-area priest and a daughter who lives in Blairsville.
But almost exactly 20 years ago – on May 17, 1987 – Sam met Bigfoot.
And everything changed.
Prior to that, the biggest thing that had happened to him was being wounded during the war.
His wife said he came home from the South Pacific just days before Christmas 1944.
“His mother got a telegram – ‘If you want to see your son alive, hurry to Valley Forge Army Hospital,’ ” Naomi said.
“When they came to see him, his body was like stone. He had lost the use of his arms and legs, and he couldn’t talk. He had to learn everything over again, like a baby.”
After about two years, he was discharged from the hospital – but he left the service permanently disabled.
“He wasn’t able to go out and work, but he did like to go fishing and hunting,” Naomi said. “That’s what he really lived for.”
Sam earned his reputation as a tough bird. He still carries shrapnel in his body and a steel plate in his skull from the war.
In 1967, he was diagnosed with colon cancer and had much of his large intestine removed. Fifteen years later, a doctor expressed amazement that Sam was still alive.
“June 7 will be 40 years,” Naomi said.
On the night he met Bigfoot, Sam had gone to fish at nearby Loyalhanna Creek, but soon returned.
“He wouldn’t say anything,” Naomi said. “For about two days, he kept it to himself. But, he never went down there to do nighttime fishing again.”
Sam later visited Ligonier’s weekly newspaper office to ask if anyone else had reported a similar encounter, and his story was passed along to Stan Gordon of Greensburg. Gordon had a reputation for investigating strange occurrences throughout western Pennsylvania.
Gordon passed the word in Bigfoot circles; Sam became a celebrity.
He began to look specifically for Bigfoot and to file regular reports about his findings, such as seven sightings in nine years of the same Bigfoot couple – including a white female he named “Snowflake.”
His account of finding a baby track sent out a ripple of excitement. Soon, some of the top names in Bigfoot research began to make cross-country pilgrimages to the Sherrys’ tiny three-room bungalow.
“We had what we called the Chestnut Ridge Bigfoot Center,” Naomi said.
“At times, he had as many as 25 guys here on a Saturday or Sunday. I used to cook them dinners and everything so they could have a meal. Men have to eat.”
Meanwhile, Sam had become obsessed with Bigfoot, and spent nearly all of his free time exploring Chestnut Ridge and hauling food up the mountain to supply bait stations. He made dozens of plaster casts of footprints he found and mailed them out worldwide in response to requests.
Continued reports on his findings and theories brought more attention – and visitors.
“There was a guy who came here from Japan,” Sam said.
“And, a guy called from Hungary and wanted me to go to the Himalayas with him to hunt the yeti.”
A Texas man custom-made an oversized snare that Sam used to try to catch a specimen.
He invested 17 years and a lot of money in the pursuit.
“Not yet, no,” Sam said when asked if he had ever made a profit off Bigfoot. “I have to catch him first.”
That seems unlikely now.
Sam is all but deaf and has been legally blind for nearly 10 years. He has neither the agility nor stamina to hike the mountains.
His fame has faded in Bigfoot circles, too. Many of his contemporaries have died, and most of today’s researchers have moved on to new pursuits.
But Sam still carries food to the top of Chestnut Ridge whenever an old friend such as Duquesne chemistry professor Paul Johnson or Joe Nemanich of Johnstown’s West End pays a visit and gives him a ride.
“He’s a woodsman,” Nemanich said. “He’s a living legend. He eats, sleeps and breathes Bigfoot.”
Clearly, time is not on Sam’s side. He expresses no regrets.
“I had one hell of a life,” he said. “If I had it to do over again, I’d do it.”

UFO Pictures Increase in Detail and Number - Are We Witnessing a 'Wave' ?
UFO pictures are usually blurry, grainy blobs. At best, a shiny round object far away in the distance.
But recently - since the current 'flap' which has hit the United States and Europe, a number of sightings have come forward which come with detailed pictures showing a UFO up close. The first one was the Coast to Coast UFO - featured in the American Chronicle last week. As mentioned in the article, within a few days, another series of UFO pictures came in from Lake Tahoe.
Within hours, experts were analysing these detailed UFO pictures tyring to determine whether or not the these pictures were CGI 'fakes' or not. One expert at the Open Minds Forum provided a 3D rendition of the object for perspective. Another researcher undertook a detailed analysis of the the two and provided an overlay which showed that the two objects were probably different. Indeed, there are substantial differences in the two UFO's, so we can rule out that this is some 'model'. There have been attempts by CGI artists to replicate these images - but to date there has been nothing quite like the first or second batch of pictures.
Today I heard of yet another, similar shaped UFO. This time the pictures came from a witness in Capitola. There are six new pictures in total and they can all be viewed at source here.
The picture shown at the beginning of this article is one of the latest from Capitola.
Here is the witness account of what he saw:
"This week I was visiting my fiance's parents in Capitola (we were actually there to tell them about our engagement, in fact). We were eating dinner on the back porch when we noticed this "object" sort of hovering in the sky. The camera was still out from earlier so I grabbed it and tried to get some clear shots of it. It took off over the roof shortly after, so I ran into the street in front of the house to follow, trying to get more shots without wobbling around too much (which was harder than it sounds). It then came in lower over a telephone pole, where I was able to get a few more pictures, before it finally took off into the distance pretty fast. I thought it was gone but noticed it was still visible, so I grabbed a few more pictures.
At one point a car stopped to look as well. No one had any idea what this thing was but everyone in the car was visibly freaked out by it. Once it was gone they told me to call the news and drove off. :) I'm not sure who else saw it in the neighborhood since I don't live down there, but I'm sure at least a few others must have noticed it. It was way too weird and way too close to go unnoticed. Once it was gone and I caught my breath I could barely stop my hands from shaking for the next hour or so. Needless to say, this is all we talked about for the rest of the night. None of us can figure out what it was (and that's saying something, because my fiance's dad is a mechanical engineer).
We sent a copy of the photos to their newspaper but haven't heard back yet. I dunno how long that kind of thing takes.
There's also some writing on this thing, which I didn't recognize (and I read both English and Hindi). You can see it in a few of the pictures."
So what IS going on here? First we had the O'Hare UFO. Then we had the Geurnsey UFO. The along comes the Coast to Coast UFO, followed by a similar UFO in Lake Tahoe and today we have the very latest appearing in Capitola. All major reports - and we're not even half-way into 2007.
It has been postulated by researchers who have maintained links with some 'Deep Insiders' within the USG, particularly Dan T Smith who has put forward the Best Possible Worlds Hypothesis, that we may be on the verge of ' full Disclosure' and that the recent upsurge in sightings and media interest is all part of the support-act to the 'Main Event'.
Certainly, the recent developments are unprecedented. If these are 'fakes' they are the 'best yet'. If not, we are in for more 'shows' and increased reports.
Either way, we can certainly say that in regard to UFO reports - we live in interesting times!

The Hunt for Bigfoot: Special Report From Wisconsin
Milwaukee, Wisconsin - May 16, 2007 - A myth...A legend - or does a creature that's not human ...And not animal... Walk this earth?
One group is scouring the nation to prove this creature exists. And it could be here in Wisconsin.
That quest brings a research group to Wisconsin for a second time to check out area sightings dating back years. We rode along with "Searching for Bigfoot."
A dark stretch of road in Walworth County -- does "The Beast of Bray Road, really exist?
Witnesses recount their sightings. "It looked like a cross between a bear and a wolf," one man tells us. He saw the beast near Holy Hill last November.
More sightings at a wildlife area in Southeastern Wisconsin. "My hair stood on end and we took off," the witness recalls.
And on a well-traveled road in Rock County in broad daylight: "He stood up on two legs, and I knew it wasn't a deer."
Stacie and Lenny Faytus take us back to the spot where they believe they saw Bigfoot...two years ago.
A tall, hairy creature crossing this 20 foot road -- in just two steps. They swear by their eyes. "I would say there is Bigfoot. He exists. He's out there."
Tom Biscardi believes too. He's been tracking Bigfoot for 34 years. "I won't rest until I bring one of them back," he told us. It's his passion. He travels the country with his team called "Searching for Bigfoot."
Biscardi says he used to question the story. "I didn't believe in this thing. I thought it all rubbish, a myth, legend but then I had an encounter and over the last 34 years I've had six encounters."
And Biscardi thinks he has the evidence to prove that Bigfoot lives.
He shows us a hand of unknown origin. "It came back nothing on record. Wasn't a primate, wasn't a bear and it wasn't human. So what is it?" he asks.
He also has a plaster cast of a very large footprint.. one of many in Biscardi's collection.
At the Lima Marsh Wildlife Area in Rock County-- is there a creature there? "Searching for Bigfoot" follows up on reported sightings.
They cover the area with night infra-red cameras.... If anything walks through the area, the cameras will snap a picture.
We visit the Bray Road area in Walworth County. The Beast of Bray Road is described as a werewolf like creature. A Wisconsin author documented centuries of sightings.
Biscardi has his own theory. "It could be a mutated version of the Bigfoot, that's most likely what it is."
Steve Krueger wonders what he saw out there near Holy Hill in Washington County last November. "It scared the living daylights out of me," he said. "I guess-timated it at around 6 and a half, 7 feet tall. It looked like a cross between a bear and a wolf."
Contracted by the DNR to pick up deer carcasses, Krueger was stopped on the side of the road when he felt his truck shake. He looked in the rear view mirror and saw..."It was standing on its hind legs with one of the paws and arms or whatever it was inside the bed of the truck."
Krueger took off. The deer carcass and a metal loading ramp from the truck were never found. "People can think what they want. I saw what I saw."
That's why Tom Biscardi and his team continue to chase the mystery. "We're getting a little bit closer every time we're out there."
Biscardi's crew did not find anything -- but they will be back to look for the many creatures people say are roaming Wisconsin.

Is This a UFO?
Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, UK - 17 May 2007 - Could this strange sighting be a UFO hovering above the skies of Sutton?
The mystery image was spotted high above the town by Chad reader John Gregory, of Burn Street, shortly after 10pm on 2nd May, and appears to show a moon like image with a nose, mouth and eyes.
Bemused John today told Chad: "I was looking at the sky and saw this object because it was very bright. At first I thought it was a star but now I am not sure and would love to know what it was.
"It was very unusual and I was rather surprised to see it. It was very clear and could be seen for miles around. The image stayed in the sky for about 20 minutes and then just vanished and I have not seen it since.
"The image seemed to have a face, nose and a mouth, it was very strange and I have never seen anything like it before."

Monster Feral Hog Killed in Alabama
Just outside Anniston, Alabama on Thursday May 3 2007, an 11 year old boy kills 1,051 lb. wild Feral hog. The pig was over 10' 7" long and took 3 hours to kill using a Smith & Wesson customized .50 caliber revolver shooting 350 grain bullets. Approximately 16 shots hit this massive beast, some leaving fist size holes and the monster hog continued to run for approximately a mile. The 11 year old boy is Jamison Stone, his father is Michael Stone.
The feral hog is definitely one of the biggest, if not the biggest ever taken by an 11 year old and Jamison is now looking for a big shotgun and hoping Dragons are real.

Latest UFO Pictures: Too Good To Be True ?
'Chad', is all we know about the identity of the guy who contacted 'Coast to Coast' ( the popular American radio show / web site) recently about a UFO recorded back in April - the effects of which were causing concern for himself and his pregnant wife. He says he was out walking one day (unknown location) and he spotted the following strange unidentified flying object.
As you can see, the detail is quite unsurpassed for a 'UFO' picture. Clear(ish) markings underneath indicate an as yet unknown language. Some pundits have suggested that the 'letters' are some kind of Asian extraction and that the whole thing has been CGI produced ( using clever computer graphics).
'Chad' added that he took the less detailed picture using a mobile phone and that was the first. He came back later with a borrowed camera and a friend to take the better pictures.
He told Coast to Coast: " Last month (April 2007), my wife and I were on a walk when we noticed a very large, very strange "craft" in the sky. My wife took a picture with her cell phone camera (first photo below). A few days later a friend (and neighbor) lent me his camera and came with me to take photos of this "craft". We found it and took a number of very clear photos. Picture #4 is taken from right below this thing and I must give my friend credit as I was not brave enough to get close enough to take this picture myself!"
Describing it as moving like an insect, making just an electrical 'crackling' type of sound, Chad explains what he saw:
"Since it first appeared, I have probably seen this thing maybe 8 different times since the first appearance. My friend and I went out the next day after I first saw it to get the photos, but it was not there. Then we tried again the next day, and we found it within like 30 minutes and followed it for a while. Most of the time I see it out of windows in my house, in the distance. but I would say almost half of the hikes I have gone on in my area, I have seen it very close. It is very easy to photograph and...many neighbors aside from my friend have also seen it.
It is almost totally silent but not quite. It makes kind of "crackling" noises. It's hard to describe them but they are only intermittent and not very loud, but you can notice them. Sometimes there is a very slight hum that sounds kind of mechanical, almost like when you are near very large power lines. But it is nothing loud like a jet engine, it is very quiet for the most part.
It moves almost like an insect. If you have ever seen a bug on a pond, it is kind of like that. It is VERY smooth and slow most of the time, but then every now and then it will rotate very quickly and go VERY fast into another direction, then stop, and repeat the process all over again. There is just something very unnatural about the way it moves."
Intriguing. But there's a serious health risk to us, if we are to believe Chad.
Sure, of course there have been 'experts' in CGI saying how easy it would be to 'mock' this thing up using advanced computer technology and digital image editing / creating.
Case solved?... It seems. Until you start to look at what the results of those 'replications' look like - and they don't replicate the 'real' thing, as in Chad's claim.
Then, today I find that MUFON have just had a report in (5th May), this time located at Lake Tahoe - yet with a very similar UFO. The same 'design' - but some perhaps subtle ( or telling) signs. The first being it has a slightly different and larger 'blade' arm. Another being it shows more 'arms' than the 'Chad' series.
In one section of one the new pictures I have enlarged the 'object' - and you can see quite clearly an 'edge' or some kind of digital 'halo' ( or force-field! :)) artefact from the image. My first thought is that it has been 'cut and pasted'.. but I'm no expert.
During the research of this latest 'flap' over the 'flying cross' UFO's apparently being seen across America, I came across a similar sighting going back to 1968.
“The shape of the ‘craft’ prior to leveling out to ‘hover’ position was of a central circular chamber with a leading fuselage in the front and three separate fuselages together at the rear,” the former World War II photographic interpreter stated. “On slowing to ‘hover’ position the two outer fuselages at the rear moved to position at [the] side of [the] ‘craft’ to form four fuselages at equidistant position around [the] center chamber…. On attaining ‘hover’ the ‘craft’ rotated 90 degrees clockwise and then remained motionless, unaffected by very strong wind.”
Only time will tell of course.
But as the technology becomes increasingly advanced and capable of created amazing images with cutting edge CGI graphics - how blase' are we to become about 'UFO pictures' as they continue to become 'too good to be true' ?
An on-line debate has begun with experts, more pictures and updates as the story develops

British Columbia Sasquatch Sighting
CRANBROOK, B.C. — A Cranbrook resident says he was just beginning his early-morning shift as a sand truck/snowplow driver for a highways maintenance contractor when he saw what he now calls “the beast.”
Gord Johnson says he was barely out of the Cranbrook city limits, heading west, when his headlights illuminated what he thought was a human figure some 150 metres away.
“It was standing in the ditch on the right side of the road, sort of bent over. It was dark and cold and too early in the morning for anybody to be out picking bottles or something, so I thought whoever it was might be hurt or sick, so I slowed down.”
As Johnson drew nearer, the figure in the ditch straightened, then turned and began to move towards his truck while remaining in the ditch.
As the distance closed the snowplough driver was now better able to see that this individual was oddly shaped; very large with arms that reached nearly to its knees, a conical head and what he had initially thought to be a light golden brown parka was instead hair.
The two-metre-plus figure walking towards him was covered in it, he says.
Johnson’s truck slowly passed the creature, allowing him to see it clearly through the passenger side window.
“It gives me goose-bumps right now just thinking about it. I must have been in shock because I drove on another couple hundred yards before I realized I had to turn the truck around and get another look at this beast, but by then it had disappeared.”
Johnson finished his shift and decided that because he had no proof, it would be in his best interests not to share the details of the encounter, lest he be ridiculed. The one person he did tell was his longtime partner Victoria Carter.
“Gord was very shaken by the incident. Just because of the way it affected him I knew he’d seen something — I knew he was telling the truth,” Carter said.
Nearly three months later, on Jan. 25, Johnson was again maintaining a road in the early morning when his truck ran out of sand. Finding a wide spot in the road he began turning his truck around so he could head back for another load to finish the job.
While backing up, he noticed a set of strange tracks in the newly fallen snow and decided to get out and investigate.
“As soon as I saw them I could tell they were made by something walking on only two legs — kind of offset. Right away my gut told me something wasn’t right. I took a couple shots with the disposable camera that I started carrying since the October incident.”
Johnson finished his shift, then wanting to show Carter what he considered possible proof of his previous encounter with a strange biped, returned to the spot with a better camera.
The pair then re-photographed the tracks, measured the distance between them (about 1.8 metres), and then followed them a short distance until they disappeared into dense brush.
With the light failing and the possibility that whatever had made the tracks might still be in the vicinity, the pair decided not to follow the mystery beast’s trail any further.

Ghostly Images Seen, Photographed On 'Deadly' Stretch Of I-4
Report: Interstate Built Over Graves
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Ghostly apparitions have been seen and photographed on a small stretch of Interstate 4 known as "the I-4 Dead Zone" in which hundreds of people have been killed or injured in crashes, according to a Local 6 investigation.
Since 1963, nearly 2,000 accidents have been reported on a stretch of Interstate 4 in Central Florida located between Daytona Beach and Orlando, the report said.
Over the years, people have reported seeing strange things on the stretch of road, according to the report.
"People are claiming to see all kinds of things -- orbs floating across the highway, apparitions on the side of the road hitchhiking, phantom trucks, you name it," book author Charlie Carlson said. "There are dead people beneath interstate 4."
Local 6 reported that the road where the crashes happened cradles the graves of a family of four.
The graves date back to the 1880s and a settlement called St. Joseph’s Catholic Colony, the report said. One of the German families fell victim to a yellow fever epidemic.
"It is two adults and two children buried on the very spot that has been shrouded in mystery," Holfeld said.
"They are still there," Carlson said. "In fact, when I-4 came through in 1960, the graves were roped off and marked for removal but they never removed the graves. Instead, they dumped fill dirt on top to elevate the new highway."
Carlson said he remembered seeing the graves as a child and warned not to mess with them.
Susan Christensen, who is a medium, said she feels an unhappiness and a presence from a family of four.
Christensen said she has seen orbs on the highway.
"Twice I have seen four orbs cross I-4," Christensen said. "They’re earth bound and they feel that their lives were taken away from them."
"There were more accidents per year in such a small quarter-mile section of highway than all the other sections of highway between Daytona and Tampa," Carlson said.
Sanford Historian Christine Best said she deals with fact but admitted that "you can’t help but to wonder."
"Hearing so many of the stories certainly make you stop and think about it," Best said.
"Reasonable people would put the Dead Zone accidents in the column of pure coincidence," Holfeld said. "But the stories continue to add to this legend. Legend aside, there is one undisputed fact that the graves remain under the I-4 Dead Zone."
The Florida Highway Patrol is working with Local 6 to develop new information in the case, Holfeld reported.

Scientific Evidence Suggests Puerto Rican Woman is an Extraterrestrial-Human Hybrid
San Juan, Puerto Rico - Milagros Garcia is an alleged Alien and Human inter-species hybrid. The blood DNA from this Puerto Rican woman has yielded analyses so unusual and interesting that the physician involved is now interested in meeting the subject for further study. The DNA is possible in humans but is very rare.
Ms. Garcia claims that she is the offspring of an alien encounter. The Doctor is not interested in the UFO/ alien phenomena he wants answers as to why her DNA has such rare qualities.
A Case similar to this is being investigated in New Paris Ohio. A woman there has exceptional skills and get by on two hours of sleep a night. Pictured on the left is Milagros Garcia's Mother and Milagros Garcia is on the right.

Sarnia Sees Surge in UFO Sightings
Sarnia, Ontario, Canada - Sarnia experienced a spike in the number of mysterious objects spotted in the sky last year, according a survey of Canadian UFO sightings.
Five unidentified flying objects were reported locally in 2006, up from single sightings in 2004 and 2005.
The Sarnia cases include everything from a light that appeared in the night sky briefly to more perplexing sightings.
On July 15 a witness described seeing a "large number of little black things" as well as a large yellow disk and an unmarked helicopter over the city around 9:20 p.m.
Another witness reported seeing an object drifting in the sky, which "seemed to have a glow around it."
There were 736 sightings of UFOs over Canada last year.
The vast majority of cases, including those in Sarnia, have a probable explanation such as a plane, planet, meteor or fireball, said Chris Rutkowski, a Winnipeg-based UFO expert and co-author of the survey.
"A small percentage are what we call unexplained or unidentified," he said. Those cases make up only 12 per cent of the total sightings.
But they do give one reason to ponder, said Rutkowski, recalling a case in North Bay, Ont. last year in which a motorist reported seeing three blue lights ahead of him.
"He thought perhaps they were three motorcycles heading towards him, but then he watched and two of them moved up and into the trees," he said.
The remaining light continued to within a metre of the vehicle and appeared to the driver as a "ball of blue light about the size of a beach ball."
"Those are the ones that tend to make you think, hmm," Rutkowski said.
Another witness reported a large, black, triangular object surrounded by "little white Christmas tree lights" on the coast of Newfoundland.
After compiling the survey for 17 years, Rutkowski said one noticeable trend is that people tend to be spotting large, triangular objects more often than the traditional disc-shaped "saucers."
"The classic Hollywood flying saucer is pass‚," he said.
Although claiming to see a UFO still carries a stigma, Rutkowski said many people seem more willing to come forward and tell their stories.
Witnesses include pilots, air traffic operators, military personnel and police.
Despite the number of sightings, the survey notes there is no reason to conclude alien life forms are responsible.
"Popular opinion to the contrary, there is yet to be any incontrovertible evidence that some UFO cases involve extraterrestrial contact," it states.

Bigfoot Risks Extinction, Says Canadian MP
Bigfoot, the legendary hairy man-like beast said to roam the wildernesses of North America, is not shy, merely so rare it risks extinction and should be protected as an endangered species.
So says Canadian MP Mike Lake who has called for Bigfoot to be protected under Canada's species at risk act, alongside Whooping Cranes, Blue Whales, and Red Mulberry trees.
"The debate over their (Bigfoot's) existence is moot in the circumstance of their tenuous hold on merely existing," reads a petition presented by Lake to parliament in March and due to be discussed next week.
"Therefore, the petitioners request the House of Commons to establish immediate, comprehensive legislation to affect immediate protection of Bigfoot," says the petition signed by almost 500 of Lake's constituents in Edmonton, Alberta.
A similar appeal has been made to the US Congress.
Down through history, there have been numerous, if unsubstantiated sightings of Bigfoot, also known as Sasquatch in North American folklore.
The beast is said to inhabit remote forests, mainly in the US Pacific northwest and western Canada, and many believe it could be related to the equally mythical Yeti said to have found its home in Tibet and Nepal.
While sometimes described as large, hairy bipedal hominoids, Bigfoot are considered by most experts to be a combination of folklore and hoaxes.
But the legend remains strong, and Bigfoot researcher Todd Standing, who was behind the petition, claims to have proof of its existence, and says he fears for its safety.
"When I get species protection for them nationwide, I will make my findings public and I will take this out of the realm of mythology. Bigfoot is real," Standing told Global National television news.
He said he has 12 seconds of video footage of Bigfoot roaming Canada's western Rocky Mountains included in a 30-minute documentary, but his detractors say it was staged with actors.
His supporters hail from Canada's westernmost provinces, but Bigfoot sightings have been reported across the country, which is 90 percent uninhabited.
There are currently 516 plant and animal species at risk in Canada, according to Environment Canada. Another 13 species are already extinct.

Paranormal Sightings Continue in the Bridgewater Triangle
May 1, 2007 - The "Bridgewater Triangle" is an area that encompasses many towns; but more or less lays right in the middle of the area in a swamp, called the Hockomock Swamp, located in Massachusetts.
The American Indians call it the Devil's swamp and in 1760 it was the spot where one of the first UFOs was reported. The object was described as being a spheroid that crossed the swamp in the daytime and it looked like a "sphere on fire."
The Bridgewater Triangle is an area of 200 square miles. It encompasses Bridgewaters, Raynham, Taunton, Brockton, Mansfield, Norton and Easton, plus the towns of Abington, Freetown and Rehoboth. This is home to the Hockomock Swamp - a paranormal corridor within the triangle. Strange and unusual sightings have been reported including huge snakes, large birds, the Native Indians refer to as thunderbirds, and a large creature described as a Bigfoot because it leaves 18 inch footprints.
But this is not the end of the story.
Some sightings still occur on an mysterious area: a giant bird-like, or some say a pterosaur like creature was seen flying over the swamp and its wingspan is estimated to be over12-feet.
