The Green Man

I grew up in suburbia in the north of England outside the old mill city of Bradford. Mum, Dad, my brother and I lived in a house that had only been built 30 years previous...built on old farm land. My brother and I both had our own rooms and we both had our own paranormal experiences.

Most people can not remember their experiences as a baby...this is normal, however I remember being scared of a green man standing in the corner of the room who had red eyes and horns. It scared me so much...it terrified me as a baby and young toddler. Mum never believed me or my brother, who told us of a dark shadow towering over his bed as well as a boy trying to play with him.

When I was at school, I would have been maybe 6, a friend took me around the back of the school where we were not supposed to be. He said to me "look...can you see that?" It was a green man in the distance digging with a pick axe. This happened twice.

Around the same time my brother and I were at our Grandma's and I thought I heard her in the kitchen making breakfast it was the middle of the night. I went down stairs and saw a tall dark shadow in the lounge I ran back upstairs to bed.

One night when I was about 8 years old I went downstairs to get a drink. I saw a dark figure in the kitchen...it came close to the stairs and looked at me, then walked through a wall which led outside. It never walked through a wall previously so I had an idea it was gone. I screamed "Mum" but there was no sound. I ran back upstairs and went straight to sleep or passed out.

I knew what I had seen was bad but at 8 I was uninformed about the existence of ghosts and evil spirits. We were not very religious however, Mum did work for the Church of England and my brother and I had been baptized. I'm scared of a return. Help me understand what I saw...it still frightens me. My boyfriend works nights sometimes and I sleep downstairs. This probably makes no difference to evil...if it's coming, its coming. I hope writing this has not fed the nasty creep. This is the first time I have written the story and it has been very cathartic more so than telling it to friends. - Anonymous

Another paranormal experience at Gettysburg

Recently we spent the weekend in Gettysburg. This time we spent more time on being “tourists” but still managed to hit some of our favorite spots. Little Round Top and Devils Den at 6am Saturday morning for example. No one, or shall I say very few people tend to venture out that early so makes for some very quiet sessions other than mother nature.

This article is about a couple personal experiences there that I have shared with Angie and others in our group who dared brave the early mornings and late nights in Gettysburg National Battlefield Park. There isn’t any “proof” I can roll out from audio, video or pictures about our experiences there but it is these experiences that are the backbone of why we go back year after year.

Our first personal experience there has happened several times over the years. Every time for us has been during those early morning excursions where we have been on Little Round Top overlooking Devils Den. This time, there was about 6 or so of us spread out across the top, Angie and I were finishing up an EVP session well off to the left away from everyone and as we started back we heard a boom.

Not an earth rattling sound but it did have a concussion to it, more like a “boom-boom” sound. It was the unmistaken sound of a cannon. We didn’t think much of it being the many reenactments that go on there daily. We met with the others and found out that everyone heard the cannon and some on the other side of us heard “cracking” sounds like a rifle firing.

Intrigued now we set out to find a park ranger and happen upon one towards one of the entrances. When we asked about possible reenactment firing cannons we were told no one can fire in the park before 10am. He asked us why and we told him where we were, he just smiled and walked away.

In our most recent visit in May we again had a personal experience at another spot we like to go to. It was around 10pm and we were at Sachs Bridge. We were walking up and down the bridge, no one on the bridge except Angie, Jeremy and I. We stopped to do an EVP session about halfway across. Angie asked whose shadow was that behind Jeremy when it just disappeared. There were 6 of us there total and everyone else was accounted for standing at the start of the bridge.

As we started to finish our way across the bridge, I saw a shadow of a person that seemed to lean against the end of the bridge and when I started to slowly walk towards it and tell everyone to look, it too disappeared. We did get hits on the Mel Meter intermittently throughout the time we were there as well.

Could I ever “prove” these experiences to anyone, no but I will not forget them. Between the Mel going off (audio as of this writing still has to be listened too) and both of us seeing shadows in the opposite direction from where we knew people were standing, it was an amazing experience. - ghosteyes.com

Researcher: 'Satanism isn’t for devil worshippers'

What is the driving force behind Satanism?

“Could it be Satan?” Saturday Night Live’s Church Lady character, played by Dana Carvey, may once have suggested.

Turns out, true Satanism — originating from things such as the Church of Satan and the Satanic Bible, both creations of the late Anton Szandor LaVey — has little to do with Satan or the devil beyond the imagery, according to research from a graduate student in the department of religion at Montreal’s Concordia University.

In fact, rather than worshipping the spiritual entity cast by some religions as God’s arch-enemy, Satanists don’t believe in any spiritual reality or life after death, says Cimminnee Holt, who began looking into the subject as an undergrad five years ago.

“I didn’t expect them to be an atheistic-based religion,” says Holt. “They self-identify as religious and atheistic.”

Asked how this is possible, Holt says: “For Satanists, they would explain it as, ‘Well, we have a ritual component. We have a dogmatic component, and we do understand that this is an important part of our lives. We just simply reject the spiritual aspect of it.’”

She adds: “They see the architect of Satan as a metaphor, as a symbol for how they see themselves, but they reject any notion of any kind of spiritual entity — God or devil.”

Holt recently had a research paper called Death and Dying in the Satanic Worldview published in the Journal of Religion and Culture. In it, she outlines how the religion does not focus on possibilities such as heaven or hell as incentives for how to live one’s Earth-based life. Rather, because they believe there is nothing else beyond, Satanists say one’s current life should be what matters.

“If you know that there is no afterlife and you only have one life, you should be actively engaged in creating the life that you want, that serves you best and your family best,” Holt says.

Rev. Bruce Gregersen, general council officer of mission and ministry for the United Church of Canada, says it’s difficult to comment on such a “secretive” religion as Satanism.

But he does say: “We do not support, in any way, taking lightly the nature of evil or, therefore, of Satan.”

One Canadian Satanist who’s been in the news recently is Scott Robb, who unsuccessfully ran for a seat on Edmonton’s city council last October. He was a member of the Church of Satan before starting his own church, the Darkside Collective, about 10 years ago.

Asked what being a Satanist is all about, Robb says in a email: “The simplest answer is that we stand for living life to the fullest and bettering ourselves through enlightenment without creating self-guilt by begging a ‘god’ to do for us (what) we really should be doing for ourselves.”

He says being described as atheistic is a “crude way of describing us. ‘Atheist’ implies one does not believe in a deity. Satanists are more accurately described as ‘antitheists’ because we generally believe that believing in a deity is detrimental to living a truly fulfilling life; you can’t live life to the fullest if you’re begging a god to control your life.”

As for why this religion adopts as its symbol an entity seen by many as the source of all evil, Holt says choosing such window dressing acts as both a “filter and magnet” for potential followers.

“They have often said that if the imagery doesn’t appeal to you, than Satanism isn’t for you,” she says.

Robb says: “Anyone offended by our imagery is not enlightened enough to reach the higher level of human evolution.”

Characteristics of Satan that appeal to followers of the church, Holt says, include the idea that he is an adversary to other religions. As well, she adds that Satanists see merit in so-called sins such a greed and lust.

“Greed allows you to be successful in life,” she says. “If you want nice things, you have to work for them and you have to get money. If you’re a lustful person, and it’s one of the joys of life, then — with consent, certainly always with consent — if you desire, you should be pursuing.”

So, if Satanists don’t actually believe in Satan, what do they believe in? Well, for one, they believe in the empowerment and responsibility of people as individuals, Holt says.

“That means that you are the prime person responsible for actions in your life. You can’t blame the universe, God or devil for things that happen to you.”

Despite there being no fear of damnation in the afterlife, the Church of Satan requires its members to adhere strictly to the laws of the land they live in, Holt says. That means no human sacrifices or ritualistic abuse, as some have accused Satanists of being involved in.

“They completely reject the idea of animal or human sacrifice, and they also are very firm about adhering to the law,” Holt says.

Devil worshippers or not, the Church of Satan presents itself as something less than warm and fuzzy on its website. Among the Nine Satanic Statements listed there is: “Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek.”

As well, it urges “kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates.”

“Satanists do have compassion, but do not automatically extend compassion to all of humanity,” says Holt. “Their stance is to be courteous, polite and professional, but true compassion is reserved for those that the individual Satanist sees fit — family, friends.”

Robb says: “We definitely support charities and show great compassion; we are simply more picky about them.”

He says causes that protect children and animals, as well as those that advance medical research, are among the favourites of his religion.

“Most medical-related charities are supported by Satanists as it is a science that will help our species survive,” he says.

Despite valuing revenge, Holt says Satanists do not condone action that goes as far as breaking the law.

“Revenge is not vigilantism,” Holt says. “For example, if someone is trying to sabotage your career, your best revenge is to perform better than them, and get ahead by being a true professional. . . . Revenge can also be as simple as ignoring someone who is trying to create unnecessary drama.”

Holt says it’s unclear whether membership in the Church of Satan, or other satanic organizations, is growing, as such groups tend not to disclose their membership numbers. However, she says it’s likely that the advent of the Internet has made it easier for people to connect to the religion. - canada.com

Illanelli Haunting Profile: Media Account and Recent Case Log

Excerpts from an article published in The Llanelli Star - 6/7/2011:

A series of online videos, which have received exposure through YouTube, show an "entity investigation" taking place at a Llanelli home.

Whistles, chirps and whispered words in Welsh and English are clearly audible in the video.

As things have continued to go bump in the night, the terrified occupants of the Llanelli house — a couple with four children — have called in a specialist.

That person is Irene Allen-Block, who lives in a village in Carmarthenshire.

"I have been able to identify spirits since I was 9 years old," she said.

"I knew I was able to do this sort of thing after having an experience when I was very young.

"I always knew my ability was special and that I was meant to do this kind of thing."

Mrs. Allen-Block has made three visits to the home of the family, who do not want to be identified.

"They are absolutely terrified," she said.

"The woman living there says she has not been able to sleep properly for three to four months.

"I try to explain to her that spirits feed off negative energy.

"Her husband has been continuously ill, sick and has even collapsed.

"The other night he said that he woke up feeling something squeezing his neck crushing his Adam's apple."

The real-life ghost whisperer has been a paranormal investigator for 40 years and says she does use some recording equipment to capture electronic voice phenomena and visual anomalies.

She also employs coordinate and scientific remote viewing, seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using subspace perception.

While visiting she said she had witnessed things moving around, and the family said things had even gone missing. "My investigations show two earthbound spirits, an old man and a child, and also a woman from the 1800s.

"We thought they were a family, but after attempting to channel the spirits, it seems like she is demonic and from an alternate reality or dimension," said Mrs. Allen-Block.

"We think the female may be holding the two earthbound spirits back.

"She whispers, mimicking members of the family, even when they are not there."

Mrs. Allen-Block claimed this kind of paranormal activity was a growing trend in Llanelli, with this being the second in the past four months.

"There was another big case recently at a large house in Felinfoel," she said.

"The client brought me in because anyone who had anything to do with the house ended up dying — even a repairman at the house fell off a ladder to his death."

"I managed to solve that case and now I want to solve this too.

A recent remote viewing at the house has also led Mrs. Allen-Block to believe there were ghostly links to a Llanelli pub.

"The viewing took us to a pub where there was a long bar. It focused on an old man looking angry. We believe it may be at The Vine on Station Road," she said.

Andrea Howells, landlady at The Vine, said there may be a link.

"We have heard quite a lot of noises over the years, but have always blamed that on the old floorboards," she said.

"You never know, there may be something going on here."

Mrs. Allen-Block is founder of Spirit Rescue International, a non-profit group that looks to clear spirits from haunted and entity infested locations.

"We check out the geography and then once we move the spirits on we counsel people if they need it — the trauma doesn't end for them, the fear is still there," she said.

"I have never charged a penny — I don't believe in making money from my gifts."

"You see so many TV shows these days which just exploit the dead. That is not what it is about."

"I get satisfaction when I see smiles on faces," she added.

Llanelli Haunting Update:

Hi to all....prior to the remote view session on Thursday June 2nd we conducted a quick meeting with those team members present who were also going to listen in on the remote view. There were a few developments from the on-site session the previous day (Wednesday June 1st).

First of all, the two days previous to the on-site session Irene and I had been discussing about how we were approaching this case and that there may be something we are missing. We completely broke down the evidence again and looked for avenues we may have missed. I came to the conclusion that Monday night (after staying up all night) there may be an occult aspect involved. I went back through several personal references that involved the occult and other information that had been passed down to me over the years. I then formulated a binding consecration as well as a protection talisman and blessing for Irene to use during the session.

Strangely enough, during the on-site session the client shared information that had just came to mind that was relevant...(be aware, we never mention anything occult related to the client or our suspicions during the entire session - as well as before or after) The client said that about 4-5 years ago, her niece, who was 7 at the time, slept over in the red bedroom (the bedroom where the activity has been strongest). The girl woke up screaming about a woman in white who stated that she was "a white witch." Another recalled event....the client husband was walking by his own house a couple of years ago, looked up at the red bedroom and saw a woman in white in the window. She also related that her first paranormal experience happened when she was 13 or 14, and that her brother used a Ouija board.

The client’s 2 year old daughter is also seeing apparitions. She says, "boyz here." When the client asked the girl if the boys were being bad, the girl said yes. So, the client told the girl to give them a smack if they are being bad. The little girl has done this on more than one occasion. She swings her arm as if to deliver an exaggerated swat and then her hand stops mid-swing, as if making contact with something, and the girl looks satisfied that she succeeded in hitting what she was the only one able to see.

During the on-site session, everyone present, even on Skype, became ill during some point. When reciting the blessing in the bedroom, Irene said she felt like her head was going to explode. The lights / orbs are unusual as well (in the bedroom, living room and hallway)….similar to sparks from a "sparkler." The living room, the bedroom above, as well as the adjoining wall and hallway seem to be where the entity concentrates its activity. It has also been discovered that some parts of Llanelli have an underground river…the town was built on top of it.

Remote View Session - 6/2/2011

Irene and I conducted a remote view on this case on Thursday June 2nd. SRI team members Karen, Tammy, Joe and Vanessa listened to the session.

Irene set the target coordinates for me and monitored the session. We systematically executed 4 phases in order to perceive the target and to gather as much information possible.

In Phase 1, the coordinates (a set of two - four digit numbers) were given to me...from which an ideogram (a graphic symbol that represents an idea or concept) was developed.

Irene initiates the coordinates

Primary descriptor: Hard
Advanced descriptor: Energetic
Color/texture/size: Red and yellow, no idea of size - a feeling of static at my feet.

Irene repeated the coordinates.

Structure, hard, manmade
Colors: blue, yellow, white
Soft, size 5' x 5'

Irene repeated the coordinates.

Subject, soft, manmade
Colors: blue and yellow
Soft, and grainy too. Sort of rough, like porcelain with bumps or ridges
Size: maybe 1' at most. Irene said she recognized what this was now.

Irene repeated the coordinates.

Subject, semi-soft, man-made, blue, yellow, with a little white - “getting darker around it, hard to tell the colors now."
Porcelain with bumps on it.
Size: hard to tell, may be smaller than a foot.

Irene repeated the coordinates.

Subject, semi-solid, manmade and energetic
Colors: blue, little yellow, maybe a little pink too.
Bumpy (or ridges) on surface, over smooth porcelain.
Size: 8-10 inches - can't really tell - definitely has ridges or bumps. Irene says she knows exactly where I’m at.

In Phase 2, the target vignette was narrowed by probing for sounds, textures, temperatures, colors, luminescence, contrast and smells. Through this information I was able to focus in on any verticals, horizontals, diagonals, topography, mass and energetics as well as my overall 'feeling' of the target.

Sounds: I hear something hard dragging on a surface. It drags a little, stops, drags a little more. It is not loud.

Texture: A larger smooth surface that is on or is a bed...dark and smooth.

Temps: cool now - was warm when I first started the session.

Visuals: Colors: light and dark blue, yellow

Lum: dull

Contrasts: medium

Taste: Sugary, like candy...peppermint candy (Tammy later said she was eating peppermint patties…interesting)

Smell: dusty, old smell, not intense.

Magnitudes: Verticals: walls, to the right a wall.

Horizontal: dark surface

Diagonal: left = stairs

Topography: no

Mass: feels heavy

Energetics: a buzzing sound, very light, fades in and out.

I said "Something just flashed through." He got a whiff of something, burned inside of his nose.

Irene said she heard the buzzing sound the previous night, and it was fading in and out then, too. Irene asked me how I feel - "Worried." So, she asked me to put down his pen for a moment.

In Phase 3, I made a rough sketch or drawing of what I was perceiving. At this point, the sketch included the hallway and stairs. There is also a human hand near the ceiling pointing ‘up’. At this point not much else was seen.

In Phase 4, I went into a deeper perception of the target. This included sense, magnitudes, emotions, physicals, subspace and concepts. The observations are starting to come together into a primary deduction.

Senses: hear client’s distinct laughter - hear her running up the stairs.

Magnitudes: hallway and stairs, looking down the hall, and up the stairs.

Emotional: senses exhaustion, frustration

Physical: something sitting in the hallway. An object? It is on the floor. Like a playpen, leaning on the wall.

Irene asks if it is "a stair gate, to stop the baby?" I don’t know.

Concepts: viewer feeling: feel someone or something wants to help.

Subspace: something floating near the ceiling – two fluffy, white masses - one up and down stairs; one in the hall to the living room.

Senses: louder buzzing sound.

"Like dense smoke in a shape, but not human form. Fluffy, off-white dense cloud of smoke. Beige color? One moves down stairs. Other hovers near ceiling in hall and ducks in to living room."

Concepts: “Somebody sees them. Somebody knows they are there." (Irene says later that client reports that both she and the baby have seen these fluffy white smoky clouds.)

Perception: "It's not good." Now they have faded away.

Senses/Subspace: someone calling from upstairs. I began coughing – feels like something in my throat, felt like a feather, and my eyes were watering.

Senses/Physical: "OMG. Sounds like horses running in the hallway. It was really LOUD!!" I described it as something running past, sounding like a horse's shoes on the road.
(Irene mentioned that Lorna picked up the sound of a horse on the camcorder during a visit to location. Got it on tape, but it was too big a file to send it over.)

Irene initiates new coordinates:

Colors: red, brown, white
Textures: smooth
Size: a room

Irene repeats the new coordinates.

Subject, very mushy, natural
Color: brownish red
Texture: no, and no size indicated either

Irene repeated the new coordinates.

Irene directs me to go back to Phase 2.

Sounds: hear glass rattling.
Textures: smooth and hard surface
Temps: very cool

Magnitudes: Vertical: it goes up and down...it's a cabinet in the bedroom
Horizontals and topography: None
“It is heavy in mass. Surprised how bright it was.”
Energetics: actually feels like a glass door rattling.
Viewer Feeling: Curious

PHASE 3 – Draw a sketch of the bedroom

PHASE 4 - Draw a line under what you already wrote in Phase 4.

Senses: "Sounds like crying - a kid crying. I heard that rattling too.”

Magnitude: Dimension/sizes: see a cabinet 7' high by 3 and a half feet wide.

Subspace: Two images - "Remember, I saw a hand pointing upwards in the hall before? Now, in a doorway, I clearly see a hand pointing downward. To the right and even with the door, pointing down. Where I saw the hand pointing up before should be directly beneath this."

Concept: Irene asked, "How does this feel?" I say "Like a warning,or trying to direct him somewhere."

Emotional: heard something over my computer...the word "NO!" Now I hears the words, "black horse" in English - heard "NO" again.

Irene direct me to examine the subspace and to draw a line from B (the hand I see) to A (myself).
Probe A - then B - then Senses.

I saw the hand go down into the wood of the wall, as the one that was pointing upwards moved up.

Irene said, "Probe with your hand, the one that is not writing and try to touch the hand you see pointing up."

It looks like a hand, but it is rough, wet, cold, and solid. Smells like.....(there is a very long pause here.)
"I hear: ‘Tell them.'" I asked Irene to hold on.

"There is a BIG DOG in the hallway. Like a Labrador...no, a Newfoundland. Big, dark dog. Just standing there - the voice says, "They need your help, tell them!"

Irene directs me to mentally ask, "Tell them what?" I hear "No, you KNOW!"

Irene has me probe the subspace column again.

I don’t know what this is - the dog stood up and turned into a stone pillar. Irene asked, "A pillow, you say?" I laughed and clarified, no, a pillar, as a pillar of stone.

Irene tried to get me to concentrate on the concept again. Is it good, bad, evil? I can't tell. It is moving around, morphing, saying repeatedly, "No, you KNOW!"

(Tammy noted at this point she heard another phrase of the squeaky voice pleading, "Please, help!" So, she is wondering if she is hearing some other voice than the one I'm communicating with.)

I heard again, "No, you KNOW!" again.

Subspace: Irene says “go back to the A to B drawing. Move along 5' along the line.”

Senses: Irene says, "Try to touch it".

Concept: Irene asks, "What do you feel? Is it good, bad, or what?"

I can't tell. "WAIT, it moved behind me!,"

Something is moving towards me. Irene urges me to imagine I’m being surrounded by white light.

I am starting to see the woman from the bar (The Vine, a previous RV location). She is in front of me, staring. Irene says, "Ask what it wants."

"Mabel" is what I hear.

Irene says, "Ask what it wants. Probe the concepts/senses. How does it feel? Good, bad, sinister?

"She died," I say. "She is up to something. Revenge."

Irene keeps telling me to probe concepts.

"She thinks she was killed. She was good in life. Can't understand why she died. Knows she's dead. Pissed off. Wronged. Looking for something. 1919 date."

Irene directs me: "Feel her essence. Open all your senses. DON'T talk to her. Feel the concepts of if she is good, bad, sinister. Don't think...just let it happen.”

"Sinister is the best word to describe it," I say. "She has a plan for something."

"Is she dangerous to you?" Irene asked.

(Tammy says she heard the word "NO!" very clearly in response.)

"You know."

"He did it!"

Irene says: "Engage it in conversation..."

As Irene is telling me how to talk to the woman in white, the woman seems to be talking too. Irene says, "Try to tell the woman you understand...be part of her...become part of her..."

NOTE: Tammy says she heard the squeaky voice gleefully and loudly say, "YES!" and the hair raised on her arms. She felt she had to tell Irene she was hearing the voice and what it just said. It felt important. Tammy realizes this is not going to be a bit of welcome information, but felt compelled to tell what she heard, as it felt threatening me.

Irene said she was glad Tammy had spoken up. That if that is what the woman in white wanted, she well may have had that planned all along. Honestly, I was very disappointed, as I had wanted to go on with the connection – now it had been interrupted.

Irene continued and told me, "Feel it. Call for Archangel Michael."

Irene asked what I was feeling. Warmth flowing up from below me, making me numb, but it is a comforting feeling.

The woman in white was beginning to change in appearance – back to the purple dress and her facial features started to soften, as if she was again alive.

Something bright, like a light bulb, flashed in my left eye – I felt a overwhelming presence standing on my left side. This agent of benevolence responded to the call.

"There is nothing there now. The woman is gone."

Irene asked me to describe the vibration.

Irene asked me if I saw the woman's eyes as she was changing? I said they were completely dark and changed to light. Changed quickly as I had earlier described.

I commented that I briefly felt hot, and Irene said that is exactly what she wanted to hear, as that signals a rising of the vibrational energy while performing a clearing.

(Tammy says she heard a voice clearly say, "Lon!" but she doesn't interrupt)

The atmosphere is light and warm now - don’t feel the entity there at all.

NOTE: Now we wait and see what happens....though I do sense that there is another entity at the location. Hopefully we can take care of this sooner than later...Lon

Is this 'Mabel'?

The following is direct commentary from SRI Team Mediator - Tammy P:

Lon states there may still be some residual echoes or something else there. Maybe something still there. Lon didn't get a good feeling about those other two shapes, but feels SHE is GONE.

What could not be identified as good or bad, is not evil now. What may be there, is not the woman. Lon feels the worst problem is gone. He doesn't feel the same energy. He thinks the family will also sense it.

However, there may still be something mischievous left there.

Irene wondered if perhaps Mabel lived at the Pub in 1919. Hard to find out, with the massive deaths from illnesses known as that time, TB, influenza, etc.

Vanessa said she felt the overwhelming peaceful calm feeling when the energy left. She was just glad Lon was alright.

So, Lon said, two weeks to wait now, to see if the house quiets down.

Lon mentioned, when he saw the hands, he saw the word "Green" or "Gren" Tammy then said she had seen the hands as green. Lon said he saw them as Caucasian. Lon said when the finger was pointing down from upstairs, the letters of the word faded away.

Irene asked Lon, "How was the hand pointing the last time you saw it?" Lon said it was pointing up.

Irene shared that the target tonight was directed to locate the subspace entity and to get it cleared away. She was very proud and pleased that Lon was able to do this work, as he had never done it before.

Lon said that tonight, when the woman first showed up, she was walking from somewhere other than the bedroom or living room (the hot spots.) Maybe she came from the kitchen.

Lon also mentioned that last night he looked up another word that has been recorded on videos, "du," which means "black." There have been sightings of black horses, Lorna heard horses neighing in the front room. And tonight there was a black dog visual and Lon heard the words "black horse." May be something to that.

Tammy mentioned the connection black dogs have with demonic entities in folklore. Lon said that typically a black animal is known as a familiar to witches or those who dabble in the occult.

Irene had Lon verify that when he heard the woman speak, he did not see her mouth moving, but it was communicating telepathically.

The Enduring Ghost of Anne Boleyn

The ghost of Queen Anne Boleyn is quite a unique phenomenon in the world of the paranormal. Unlike most ghost who haunt a certain locality, Queen Anne Boleyn's ghost is said to haunt a number of different locations through out the UK. Her spirit seems to have left a permanent imprint on the fabric of her surroundings, which is perhaps down to the impact she made in life and her traumatic death as to why her ghost still persists more than 500 years after her execution.

Anne Boleyn was the second wife of King Henry VIII, with their marriage changing the course of English History. King Henry was already married to Catherine of Aragon and could not obtain a divorce from the Roman Catholic Church. In order to obtain his divorce he therefore created a reformed version of the Church, putting himself at the head - a direct challenge of authority to the Pope.

Having obtained his divorce and married Anne, the King's most important desire was for Anne to conceive a male heir. His previous queen had only given him a female heir, Princess Mary. On 7th September 1533 Anne Boleyn gave birth to a girl, Elizabeth (who was later to become Queen Elizabeth I). After her birth, the relationship between the King and Anne Boleyn deteriorated, and he began to court a new queen in Jane Seymour.

However, Anne became pregnant again, and there was a brief reconciliation, but the child was stillborn. Henry determined to get rid of Anne Boleyn and came up with a charge of treason, arresting and confining her to the Tower of London. Her execution had been scheduled for 18 May 1536 but actually took place the following day as there had been a delay while a skilled executioner was brought in from France.

Queen Anne Boleyn is one of the most enduring ghosts at the Tower of London. Queen Anne is buried under the chapel's altar, with her ghost being spotted there on many occasions. Anne Boleyn has also often been seen standing at the window in the Dean's Cloister at Windsor Castle.

Anne Boleyn's ghost also appears in the grounds of Blickling Hall dressed all in white, seated in a ghostly carriage that is drawn by headless horses, spurred on by a headless coachman. Anne too is headless, holding her severed head securely in her lap. On arrival at Blickling Hall the coach and driver vanish leaving the headless Anne to glide alone into Blickling Hall where she roams the corridors and rooms until daybreak.

The magnificent Blickling Hall was built during the reign of King James I, by the Holbert Family, on the ruins of the old Boleyn family property. Blickling Hall in Norfolk has recently topped a National Trust poll as the Trust's Most Haunted Building. Blickling Hall was in the possession of the Boleyn family between 1499 and 1507. There is a statue and portrait of Anne Boleyn in the Hall, the statue is inscribed "Anna Bolena born here 1507".

Her brother, Lord Rochford, also appears on the same night, he too is headless although he doesn't enjoy the comfort of a carriage, for he is dragged across the surrounding countryside by four headless horses.

Sir Thomas Boleyn, who stated his belief of Anne's guilt at her trial has not found peace in death. Every year, for a thousand years to do as penance, tradition says he is obliged to drive his spectral coach and horses over twelve bridges that lie between Wroxham and Blickling.

Warning: Paranormal Phenomena EVP is on the Rise

The interim results of an online paranormal phenomena survey by Psychic Revolution indicate that more people than ever are turning to EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) to contact the deceased. One reason for this may be the ease of access to electronic equipment. However, this finding may also point to an increased need to establish contact with their dead.

EVP or Electronic Voice Phenomena is the newest weapon in the armory of the amateur parapsychologist. Those wanting to pursue paranormal phenomena into the other realms are now using modern day technology to do so.

In an ongoing survey on paranormal phenomena, researcher, Rosemary Breen, the founder of Psychic Revolution has discovered that more people than ever are talking about how they use EVP to contact the dead.

Electronic Voice Phenomena recordings are made using everyday household items such as tape recorders, fax machines, television sets, computers, and whatever else people can get their hands on, such as telephone answering machines.

The recordings register electronically generated background noise which can, on playback resembles decipherable sounds.

“In the first survey round, which I ran for my university dissertation, there was barely a mention of EVP,” said Ms. Breen.

“Now, three years later, I'm noticing how frequently people are opening up and writing about their personal use of electronic equipment to record their own paranormal encounters with the deceased.

“EVP has definitely become a common past-time for more people. In its early days, EVP was really the sole domain of those geeks who went about carrying tape recorders. However, of late, it seems more people are actively using this medium to contact the dead, and sometimes with dire consequences.”

What follows are three extracts from the current survey.

1. The earliest account of EVP dates back the 80’s, long before technology became commonplace and central to our lives. This survey respondent writes:

“The small town I was living in had an old cemetery on its outskirts.

"It used to be part of a concentration camp during the Boer War and, as such, was more likely than not to have seen its fair share of horror.

"One night a friend and myself decided to go to the graveyard for a spot of ghost hunting. I took along an old mono cassette player (advanced for its time) because I had been reading about EVP's and was excited to experiment.

"Later that evening we set off. Wrapped up warm with provisions for a small army we were prepared to stay till the sun rose. We set up 'camp' in amongst the old headstones in the middle of the graveyard and I wandered about with my tape player, recording as I went.

"After about 2 hours we sat chatting. That's when I heard it, not far away, but on the edge of my hearing range.

"The night was still and quite, but there was something. I could feel the noise rather than hear it. We both stood up, straining our eyes. Even though the sky was clear and with our eyes well adjusted to the dark, the cemetery was full of large, looming gum trees and they cast moonlit shadows over much of the ground.

"Large stone angels and other carved guardians helped obscure our view as well. There it was again. Louder and more of the same.

"It now sounded like something large tumbling in our direction but we could see nothing. Louder. Louder. Could still see nothing.

"Then, suddenly they were upon us. I screamed like a girl and would have run if I could. My friend had fled like a greyhound, hitting his horizontal terminal velocity in a heartbeat.

"Directly in front of me, out of the dark, a small drove of donkeys came to a screeching halt, panicked, and shot off in all directions.

"I calmed down, found my friend who was as white as the marble cross he hid behind, and we laughed hysterically. We decided that we had had enough excitement for one night and went home.

"Once there, I fetched my sister’s cassette player. It was far more sophisticated with an equalizer and other twiddly bits and you could clean up cassette sounds very well with it.

"I got into bed, plugged in my headphones, switched off the light and pressed play. There was the faint hiss of static and me crunching through fallen leaves and softly asking if anyone was there. Did anyone have anything they wanted to say?

"I must have dropped off to sleep at some point but was woken by a different voice. Faint but not whispered, male, gruff, and foreign. There were other voices too, far away and hurried, lasting only a few seconds.

"None of them seemed to be English. I shot out of bed and switched on the light.

"I didn't sleep much that night but listened to the tape over and over again. No one believed me and dismissed the voices as a number of things. I know what I heard.

"I just don't understand the foreign aspect to it. Unfortunately, time and a penchant to country hopping stole the tape from me. I never tried doing this again.”

More recently, another type of EVP investigator has emerged. This group may still comprise amateurs but, as the following survey extract show, these EVP enthusiasts are more organized, more focused, more professional, and, just as vulnerable.

2. The next encounter involve more than EVP, as paranormal accounts often do. It tells of walk-ins, poltergeists and angels.

“I am a paranormal investigator and have witnessed, with my team, a poltergeist in the form of an intelligent but nasty spirit. This spirit communicated with us by tapping yes and no and answered questions that were researchable through historical records.

"The spirit also had a dark entity attached to it. I have hard evidence of this spirit in the form of EVP and photos.

"The spirit attached to our ex team leader and then attached to me. The spirit was a convict hanged in Australia.

"Attachment to the team leader was detrimental and affected her whole life in a negative way.

"Attachment to myself could have turned out to be the same but I had an visitation from an angel which I saw with my 3rd eye and felt the energy.

"I saw the angel do something to the spirit and that spirit was very changed after that. He is still with me but not like how he used to be.

"I am very aware of him, as are my team, and I still get evidence of him on investigations. I hear him telepathically and feel him. His energy is not as strong now.

"I am not religious but I do believe in god. This spirit has taught me about the afterlife a great deal and about some abilities that I have.

"I have witnesses and evidence to back up what I say here. I have been investigating for a few years now. I am a nurse and 49 years old.”

3. The final EVP report demonstrates how some people are actively seeking to maintain contact with deceased loved ones that they knew in this life. Can the bonds made now really live on beyond the grave? It would seem so.

“When I became a paranormal investigator, about 3 years ago, my mother and I would have long talks about life after death.

"My mother felt that she would go to Heaven, and live as a spirit. I agreed with her, and asked her to contact me if possible when she passed. She agreed to try, and her death was on (date removed).

"After the funeral, my wife and I returned to the cemetery, to take photos of the flowers. I took about 12 photos and all were normal, except the first two.

"The first shows a mist form on the ground, and several more around the grave. The second shows looping mist trails over the grave, but none of this was visible to the eye.

"I honestly believe that this was my mother's first message to me.

"Since then I have recorded several EVP messages from my mother. The messages have decreased, but I still receive them. I used to have questions of Heaven and Hell, but I have recorded enough EVP, to convince me that these things are very real.

"In one EVP, an unknown spirit says my mother has wings, and she came to where I was.

"She was called by her maiden name, and it is quite unusual. Her maiden name is (name removed), which is Indian.” - prweb

The Hungry Spirit

My grandfather told me this story about an experience that happened to one of his friends. There was a house in eastern Tennessee that people claimed was haunted and no one dare to spend the night in. This particular friend of my grandfather, wanting to be the brave hometown hero, decided to give it a shot.

He went into the house well before dark and set up his stuff in the upstairs bedroom. Being a big believer in early to bed - early to rise, was in bed by 8pm. Precisely at 9pm, he heard the main door opened and then the kitchen door. He heard pots and pans being removed from the cabinets and soon he could hear the sizzling of meat frying. In fact, he could actually smell bacon and eggs. He wanted to go downstairs, but thought better of it.

Afterwards, he heard a kitchen chair being pulled out and something sat down. He could hear the fork scraping the plate. A while later he heard the chair move again, dishes were placed in the sink and water was run. He heard the clatter as the dishes were washed and put up and the pots and pans were replaced in the cabinets. Finally, he heard the kitchen door and then the main door opened and closed again. He stayed under the bed till morning because he was too scared to move.

Of course, nobody believed that he stayed the night in that haunted house, so he did it one more time. This time he sprinkled flour all over the kitchen floor. He really thought his friends were playing a trick on him. He sprinkled so much flour that an ant couldn’t have walked through without leaving a track. He waited in the dark upstairs and the visitor came at exactly 9pm for his meal again. After, it had left, he rushed downstairs to see if there were footprints in the telltale flour. There were none!

Ireland's only known "satanic murder"

The murdered seven-year-old boy found in an attic in Dublin in 1973 was tied to rafters in the attic in a "cruciform", the author of a forthcoming book on the killing has said.

The death was Ireland's only known "satanic murder", according to David Malone, who came across the case while carrying out research on other events of the time.

Gardai who recall some of the events told the Sunday Independent the case was always regarded as strange and tragic and that the victim, John Horgan, disappeared while he was out looking for rabbits near his home in Palmerstown on June 13, 1974.

His body was found the next day in the attic of the home of a 16-year-old near the Horgan family home in Hollyville, Lucan Road. The 16-year-old, who was never named as he was a juvenile, was arrested and charged the following day with murder.

Gardai found an altar, on which was a chalice and Communion hosts, beneath the hanging body.

After the discovery of the body gardai called local parish priest, Fr Cornelius O'Keeffe, who administered last rites.

The author and TV documentary producer, Mr Malone, said: "It was a Satanist murder. When he was discovered he was in a cruciform tied to the rafters. As a result the 16-year-old was arrested and sentenced to life. It was a terribly tragic case."

The case reawakened last week at Dublin County Coroner's Court as Mr Malone said that during his six months of research into the murder he discovered that no death certificate had been issued for John Horgan.

"At the outset of researching something like this you start with birth and death certificates but I found that there was no death cert. I presume it was as a result of an oversight."

As the juvenile who carried out the murder was never named and not all the details of the nature of the killing were in the public domain there was relatively little publicity about the case.

The Northern Troubles were at their height and a number of security-related crises hit the country around the time of the murder and subsequent court hearings.

Last Tuesday the brief hearing to issue the death certificate heard that John Horgan was found in the attic surrounded by "religious objects".

County Coroner Kieran Geraghty gave a brief account of the details of the tragedy after his office was notified that a death certificate had never been issued.

It is a legal requirement that every death is recorded and registered with the State.

At the hearing, Detective Inspector Richard McDonnell said a male was later charged with the crime and served a sentence.

Det Insp McDonnell, from Lucan garda station, contacted the Horgan family after he was asked in February of this year to prepare an inquest file for the issuing of the death certificate.

"I contacted the family of John Horgan who indicated they did not wish to revisit a very traumatic period in their lives and reopen old wounds," the detective said yesterday. "However, the memory of their son is always with them."

The Horgan family was not present at the brief inquest.

The coroner revealed that the killer, who is now 54, was now living outside Ireland and said it would be inappropriate to call a full inquest without the consent of the family.

Mr Malone said he cannot reveal further details due to contractual arrangements with his publishers and because of discussions over syndication rights. The book, The Boy in the Attic, is due to be published by Mainstream Publishing this autumn. - independent.ie

Jim Morrison Ghost Haunting Woman In Virginia

The ghost of Jim Morrison has begun haunting a woman at her home in Virginia.

Rhonda Baron said she saw the spirit of the late Doors star lying on a bed he apparently used to sleep in.

The property in Arlington was apparently owned by Morrison's parents before Baron's family took over the home.

"The spirit laid down on the bed. Completely laying down and looking at me like this. It was like a haze. It was like you could look through it,"she told WUSA 9 News.

Morrison shot to fame as the frontman of The Doors before he died in Paris in 1971 at the age of 27. - gigwise

How the sci-fi writer Geoffrey Hoyle predicted 2011's technologies in 1972

What will the world look like in the not-too-distant future? It's a fun game to play sitting around the pub/dinner-party table, but unless you grew up in the house of the astronomer and science-fiction writer Sir Fred Hoyle (who, incidentally, coined the term "big bang", even though he rejected the theory), where lunches with the physicist Richard Feynman were not uncommon, chances are your beautiful "vision" will evaporate with the inexorable passing of time.

So it is a brave man who commits such ideas to paper. Which makes it all the more delicious that when Sir Fred's son, Geoffrey, was asked to do just that in the early 1970s, he got so many things right. And though 2011: Living in the Future was intended for children, the renewed interest in Hoyle's work (Facebook groups, a new US publisher) owes as much to Hoyle's prescience as it does the period charm provided by theaccompanying illustrations by Alasdair Anderson that have become something of a cult.

The new reprint is flattering to Hoyle, now 69 and living in a French village, but also, perhaps, amusing to a man who has been a theatre producer, a documentary-maker and an advertising executive before, somewhat reluctantly, entering the "family business" of science-fiction writing.

"The book was the idea of an editor at Heinemann," he says from his home near Perpignan. "They were publishing a series for children and asked whether there was something we could do involving science-fiction to make them think about what kind of world they would like to grow up into; and because it was going to be sold in America, it was made clear that there should be no politics or sex."

The fact that the book promotes an uncomplicated, politics-free vision of the future is made even more k astonishing when you talk to Hoyle now. Here is a man whose mind flits from subject to subject at an alarming rate – from accusations that 2011 is politically incorrect ("People blame me for the fact that there are no black people in the book, but I had nothing to do with the illustrations. Would I have chosen for the father to be a hippie? Probably not") to a deep feeling that while technology has developed almost as he had foreseen, attitudes and social structures have not kept pace.

This last point is something of a bugbear. "Over the years politicians have added new thing to new thing and nobody has the intellect to wipe the slate clean and say, 'What do we need?' What have changed over the decades are the levels of bureaucracy, the control over our lives and the rise of the career politician with pop-star status. We live in a time where there's a huge amount of disinformation and facts can be twisted to alarm or control. The original draft of the US constitution is 20 pages long; Brussels turns out thousands and thousands of pages – which says to me that no one knows how to make law [any more]."

So while Hoyle predicted both the large (the ubiquity of the computer, the invention of the smartphone and the microwave) and the small (Skype, home supermarket delivery, touchscreens and webcams) ways our lives have changed, he has no idea why the social model of Europe is still "tailored to the way people were living in 1947".

What, then, would the book look like if he were writing it now and trying to imagine the world in 2051? "I think that book might have to show the slow decline of the Anglo-Saxon industrial revolution. Things have either peaked or plateaued, so there will probably be a reduction in the standard of living. But then," he adds, "that book would inevitably be bleaker, because the 1960s and 1970s were fantastic and I am now, I suppose, a grumpy old man."

Hoyle is also acutely aware that he will almost certainly not live to see whether he is right or wrong in this analysis. Not that this realisation frustrates him. What does is the fact that of the many young people looking at the book now, few of them ("One out of 17 from a class of 11th graders in Kansas") have the imagination to consider their own future world. "I grew up at a time when people put money into original thinking. Now it's all about viable commercial ideas. But the jet engine and penicillin were not born out of that culture. So I'm thinking of starting a website-cum-blog where young people can post their own thoughts on how everything from clothes to food to how we live and work will change over the next 40 years."

And as far as Hoyle's own immediate future is concerned? "That's easy," he says. "My sister and I inherited my father's intellectual copyright, and 10 years after his death he and his ideas are still much talked about. I sit and watch, reply to emails, and enjoy the sunshine." - independent

Ilchester Mill Investigation

On Thursday, April 6th, 2006, I assembled a small team to investigate the recent paranormal activity at the Simkins Industries mill located in Ilchester, MD. The plant is located on the Baltimore County side of the Patapsco River at River Rd. near Hilltop Rd. There are remnants of the Ilchester mid-1800’s village still standing, but all the houses are now boarded up. The plant was deserted due to a major fire on the top level in 2003.

I had received several inquiries from people who had recently been on the property as well as a few queries from former employees. There have been various incidents and reports of phenomena mainly strange lights and sounds. To our knowledge, no other investigations had been made in the plant since it was closed. For the record, we had investigated some paranormal activity in the plant in the early 1990’s (when operations were running...though the plant was shutdown for maintenance) and I have reported this previously.

The team consisted of my assistant Cory and two former employees of the plant, Keith and Jerry. We were able to work our way into the plant through a dock entrance and descended 2 stories into the main beater room area. Because Keith and Jerry knew their way around, I had Cory and Jerry start the investigation to get some baseline EMF readings at various locations throughout the plant and to record any activity. All the power was off in the plant, so I was hoping for solid electro-magnetic readings. I decided to stay in the main beater room area with Keith mainly because I had recent physical limitations that made standing and walking for a sustained period of time impossible. I figured if Cory found anything, she’d give me a call and Keith could direct me to the area. Before we began, I asked Keith and Jerry not to mention any specific deaths or injuries that had occurred in the plant. This plant has a long history and reputation for many horrific work related casualties.

We started at approximately 6:30 pm and figured we would stay until early morning unless we were run off by any security personnel...or worse. I hadn’t seen any security people touring the plant, so I assumed we’d be able to conduct a thorough investigation.

Not too long after we started to look around, I noticed that the images on the digital cameras were not developing though the register on the card indicated that images were there. There was full power in the cameras and the cards were fine, but no images were coming on the screen. That was truly strange because I had never experienced that before and for this to occur with both cameras was very unusual.

Everything was fairly quiet for about 2 hours. I called Cory and she said that nothing remarkable had happened other than she received 1 major EM spike in the machine room dry end and that they were going to walk back to our location. A few minutes later Cory and Jerry returned. Jerry commented that it was very strange that he had not seen or heard any cats in any part of the plant. He stated that the plant was always inundated with cats for the many years he had worked there. Keith stated that he had also noticed it and thought it was very strange. Frankly, up to that time it was eerily quiet. We sat together for about an hour going over her notes and planning out our next moves.

By this time, it was 11:15 pm and we decided to start walking to a few areas that Cory had suggested. We went through an area that I was familiar with from my initial investigation but, strangely, I felt nothing. We continued to walk until we reached the former maintenance department. I started to get a feeling of dread and nausea as well as tightness on my chest. Cory also stated she felt a bit weird. After a few minutes, I asked Cory where she had recorded the EM spike. She said on the floor below by a machine called a rewinder in the machine room dry end. We walked down the stairs and entered into the main part of the plant. As soon as I walked through the wide doorway, I felt like something pushed me in the chest...I literally backed up and tried to regain my breath. A few seconds later, we heard a loud thud sound. Each of us looked around not knowing where the sound came from. It seemed to me that something large had hit the floor but the sound was tempered as if it was in a tunnel. My feeling was that something catastrophic had happened here…the residual energies were coming at me from all directions. Cory was getting erratic EM readings stronger than those she had recorded earlier. I tried to endure the bombardment of energies I was experiencing, but it was getting very hard to deal with. I needed to get out of that area as soon as possible so I could gather my thoughts. I turned around and walked towards the warehouse area so I could sit down and rest. The others soon followed and we took a break.

I asked Jerry to confirm if someone had died in that area, but I didn’t want a name or know how it happened. He stated that at least 2 employees had lost their lives in that specific area but he was unaware of their names since the deaths occurred before he started employment. Keith confirmed the deaths but he also had no idea of the circumstances or names...only third party information he had heard. I was determined to go back into the machine room and see if I could sense anything from the spirits residing there.

After a bit of a rest, Cory and I walked back into the machine room. As before, I felt pressure on my chest but not to the degree I experience previously. I immediately felt pain and sorrow...like my life force was draining out of me and I couldn’t stop the inevitable. Then I heard the name “Russell”. It was obvious that this was the person who had been haunting here. The sorrow and grieve this spirit was projecting was as intense as I have ever felt. I fear he will remain on this plane and refuse to ever move on.

I decided that I was done here and that we should check out a few other locations within the mill. We spent another 2 hours in the plant taking EM readings and recording some history of the mill from Keith and Jerry. I asked Jerry if he could put me in contact with a former employee who could tell me about any of the people who had died in the plant.

That Sunday, I interviewed a gentleman who wanted to remain anonymous. He had retired from the plant in the mid-1980’s and had started there when Bartgis Brothers had owned the mill. He confirmed that an employee by the name of Russell was killed in the machine room in 1977 after a 1½ ton roll of paperboard had slipped off a forklift and crushed him to death against the rewinder. But, I was stunned by the information that was to follow. The employee who attempted to load the paperboard roll and allowed it to slip off was a man by the name of Robert Buzzard. If you read my initial investigation at the plant, you would recognize that name. I had felt a presence of a spirit who called himself “buzzard”. I had no idea at that time that this was an actual name. As well, I had this feeling that “buzzard” had died by his own hand. It was confirmed that Mr. Buzzard had become so distressed after the accident he decided to retire. Less than a year later, “buzzard” had indeed committed suicide.

NOTE: since I am now with Spirit Rescue International I would to like to help 'Russell' and 'Buzzard' to move on, though the status of the mill is unknown and security at the location is much higher than before.

Update: Llanelli, South Wales Haunting - Spirit Rescue International

This is an apparition reflection from one of the upstairs rooms

Spirit Rescue International is continuing to work the haunting at the Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales residence. In the past week there has been another remote view conducted as well as two on-site sessions, one of which was a channeling and attempt to move at least one of the entities:

Irene and I conducted a remote view on this case on Monday, May 16th. SRI team members JD, Karen and Joe listened to the session.

Irene set the target coordinates for me and monitored the session. We systematically executed 4 phases in order to perceive the target and to gather as much information possible.

In Phase 1, the coordinates (a set of two - four digit numbers) were given to me...from which an ideogram (a graphic symbol that represents an idea or concept) was developed. The target was narrowed down to a structure then quickly to a room in the client's home. I was seeing black, orange and felt a smooth and fuzzy surface. This was most likely the sofa and cushions in the living room...the hot spot of the house.

In Phase 2, the target vignette was narrowed by probing for sounds, textures, temperatures, colors, luminescence, contrast and smells. Through this information I was able to focus in on any verticals, horizontals, diagonals, topography, mass and energetics as well as my overall 'feeling' of the target. In this instance, I was quickly directed to another location where I sensed the smell of tobacco smoke and beer...also the taste of beer. People were talking and milling about. There was also a very long 'counter'...which I determined to be a tavern bar.

In Phase 3, I made a rough sketch or drawing of what I was perceiving. At this point, the sketch included the bar, the people as well as machine of some type. There was also a dart board.

In Phase 4, I went into a deeper perception of the target. This included sense, magnitudes, emotions, physicals, subspace and concepts. The observations are starting to come together into a primary deduction.

I very soon went into a subspace perception mode...and noticed a older man sitting in a far table wearing a fisherman's hat, pipe in mouth, with a beer. He was looking at the people in the bar and was not happy about them been there. I truly sensed that the guy is upset about something while keeping his eye on certain people at the bar. The thought 'he took her' lingered in my mind. There was also a dirty, dampish smell and an emotion of jealousy.

Very soon after noticing the male spirit, I perceived a women starting walking around. She was in her late 20's, wore a long purple dress with a white ruffle around the neck, maybe turn of the century time period. The women is showing me a young child in a postmortem photograph. The female child was in a white morning gown laying in a casket, lots of flowers....the dates of 1883/1885 were perceived. The women does not appear to be upset when showing the photo. The child has light colored hair and looked to be 2 or 3 years old.

The woman seemed to be trying to tell me what happened to the girl but I can't make sense of it. She indicated that someone (the girl?) was very sick and suffered an agonizing death. The woman would continue to walk around the tavern and make it point that I look at the photograph each time she went by me.

I then look out a window and notice a horse and wagon. The old man is very upset at someone.

I was directed by Irene to conduct a time line exercise...starting at 1895 and ending at present day. I got to 2003 when the women showed the photograph of the girl again saying she suffered and needs to tell what happened to the girl. The old man says the client's name (the husband) seems to be blaming him for the little girl's death...I notice the client at the bar with his friends.

The session was ended. The information was presented to the clients during an on-site visit on Wednesday, May 18th. Further proceedings will be posted as soon as new evidence is scrutinized...Lon

I'm writing a synopsis of the on-site session on Wednesday May 18th because, frankly, Irene is literally wore out. JD, Karen and myself monitored through Skype.

It was determined, as a result of the RV and team consultation, that an attempt to clear at least one of the entities was warranted...though, it isn't exactly clear what the situation is. There are many factors, as well as recent information, that need to be considered.

The clients, including one of the children, have experienced spiritual encounters this week. We want to get this situation resolved but also want to make sure that it is done correctly and effectively.

Irene did make an attempt to channel and possible clear one of the entities but there were elements that influenced the effort...including the unveiling of the negative force that took us by surprise.

I was able to perceive the spirit as Irene started to channel...a female entity that came from a room upstairs and literally glided down the stairs to the living room. As soon as the entity entered the living room Irene started an extended, diabolical laugh as she was beguiled by this negative force. She later explained that she was overtaken by the odor of rotting flesh...understandable since the entity exhibited continued decomposition as it hovered behind Irene. There were other circumstances involved as well...but it was apparent that a connection was not going to be made that evening. This channeling session was audio recorded and embedded below...Lon
